Helping Ukraine

Since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, the U.S. Government, through USAID ESP, has assisted the Government of Ukraine and energy companies to continue providing the Ukrainian people with access to electricity, gas, heat, and hot water.
